Another idea is to go for a theme, like the sixties or the seventies. For a sixties look, try long dreadlocks paired with a tye dye shirt and bell bottom pants. For seventies style, an Afro wig with a polyester leisure suit is a must. Of course, there's always Elvis. Pair a sequined suit with a black pompadour and sideburns if you want to resemble the King of Rock n' Roll. Speaking of rock music, you could wear a bushy, long wig and go as an eighties rock star. Just don't forget the acid washed jeans. There are lots of different costume ideas for guys who want a distinctive costume.

Men's costume wigs can be hard to find in stores if it's not the Halloween season. However you can find any kind of wig you want on the Internet. There are year round wig stores operating online in addition to sites like Ebay where you can sometimes find great bargains on almost everything including wigs and hair pieces for men and women.
